Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on local carrier restrictions or customs regulations.
How long does delivery take?

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Some carriers do not scan packages frequently in early transit. Tracking may show limited updates until the package reaches your country.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges depending on your country. These fees are not controlled by BrushIQ and must be paid by the customer if required.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate.

Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order has not been packed or shipped, you may request a cancellation for a full refund by contacting our support team.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require approval before sending any items back.
Are all products eligible for return?
Not always. Certain items may be final sale or non-refundable due to hygiene or safety reasons, especially if opened or unsealed.
What condition must returns be in?
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
Returns that show signs of use may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.
How long do refunds take?
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging. If available, an unboxing video is helpful for faster resolution.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes. If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we may offer a replacement. We may request photos or videos for verification.
